Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the iCollab.ai platform, which connects brands with creators for gifting, commission, and cash campaigns. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Brand” means the business running campaigns. “Creator” means the content creator. “Commission” means a percentage of sales attributed via a creator's code. “Cash” means a fixed per-video fee. “Gifting” means providing the creator a product or experience. “Wallet” means a brand's prepaid balance.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally authorized to represent your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. We may require identity or business verification before full activation.
3. Campaigns & collaborations
Brands publish offers (gifting / commission / cash / visit) and creators apply or are invited. On acceptance a collaboration is created with a defined workflow and states. Codes and tracked links attribute sales to the creator.
4. Fees, commissions & payments
Commission payouts are split between the creator and iCollab based on the creator's performance tier. The platform applies these rates automatically on every sale. The table below is the exact split enforced by the system:
A creator's tier (Regular / Mid / Top) is assigned by performance and may change over time; the current tier is shown on the creator's profile. Cash is a flat 90/10 across all tiers. Gifting is handled through a monthly brand subscription with no per-payout split.
Prepaid wallet. To run commission offers, the brand funds a prepaid wallet in the dashboard. The full commission amount is charged from the wallet balance on each attributed sale. When the balance runs low the brand is warned and offers may pause until topped up. Payments are processed through a licensed payment provider.
5. Creator payouts
A creator's earnings (their net share) are credited to the earnings wallet and become available to withdraw via supported methods after clearing. Earnings tied to events under fraud review may be withheld.
6. Advertising compliance
Creators and brands must comply with applicable advertising laws, including UAE influencer permits (Media Council), Saudi Mawthooq licensing, and disclosure of sponsored content.
7. Content & usage rights
Creators retain ownership of their content and grant the brand the usage rights agreed in the campaign. Content must be authentic, non-misleading, and consistent with brand guidelines.
8. Prohibited conduct & fraud
Code manipulation, fake orders, fraudulent refunds, and compliance violations are prohibited. Our systems (Sentinel) monitor for suspicious patterns and may withhold payouts or suspend accounts.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Outstanding financial obligations survive termination.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the fee model will be communicated in advance.
