This policy explains how iCollab.ai collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the platform as a brand or a creator.
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, company name, role). Social accounts you connect and their public stats. Verification documents (ID or trade license) when uploaded. Payment, wallet, and transaction data. Campaign, coupon, and attributed-sales data. Usage and device data for security and analytics.
2. How we use your data
To run your account and match brands with creators, attribute sales and compute commissions and payouts, perform verification, compliance, and fraud prevention, send service notifications, and improve the platform.
3. Tracking & remarketing
We use optional marketing pixels (Meta Pixel and Google) to measure signups and build remarketing audiences; these run only when enabled. We also capture partial-signup details (email/phone) to follow up with people who start but don't finish signing up. You can limit tracking via your browser settings or unsubscribe from our messages.
4. Sharing your data
We share data as needed with: licensed payment providers, store platforms you connect (Shopify/Salla/Zid) to sync codes and orders, the counterparty in a collaboration (a brand sees the creator and vice-versa), and regulators on lawful request. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Security & retention
We protect data with encryption and never expose store access tokens to the client; verification documents are stored encrypted and deleted once no longer needed. We retain data while your account is active or as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw marketing consent, and request a copy of your data. Contact: privacy@icollab.ai.
7. International transfers & children
Data may be processed in different regions under appropriate safeguards. The platform is not directed to anyone under 18.
